Seaside Office Space

In the business world, time is of the essence. In the fall of 2023, two different agencies needed to relocate on short notice. The Oregon Employment Division and Oregon Department of Human Services found a home at an existing facility in Seaside, and Viridian quickly designed tenant improvements to convert mall space into grade A office space. These offices, of 3,000 and 12,000 square feet respectively, have new lighting, electrical , and mechanical systems. New interior walls divide the spaces into private offices, meetings rooms, conference rooms, and employee break areas. We paid careful attention to acoustical privacy and efficient traffic flow though public areas, to provide increased user comfort and productivity.
Leveraging our efficient in-house technical staff, open communication with local building authorities, and strong relationships with area contractors, these fast track projects took only months to complete.
